Why should I hire Home Shots to film or photograph my listing?

Because quality listings should never be an option, and shouldn't cost an arm and a leg. At Home Shots our job is to present you and your properties at their very best. Our success is built on consistently creating high-quality real estate photography and videos while providing exceptional customer service. 

How do I book a photography or video package?

Bookings can be made by calling (954) 982-8291 or clicking the BOOK NOW button on the bottom of the page. Once your request is received your details will be verified and a confirmation message will be sent with the date, time, and package information. 

Our online system shows real-time schedule availability.

How is payment processed?

Payments are processed via credit or debit card at the time of the shoot or using the payment link provided.

Do you assist with home staging?

Homes and all rooms to be photographed must be staged and photo-ready prior to our arrival. Please prepare and take the time to make your home look it's best.

Due to scheduling and the photography process items cannot be moved from room on the day of the shoot. If you need suggestions please download and view our home preparation and staging guide. 


Our team can assist with last minute recomendations and re-positioning small items but cannot move large or heavy items such as appliances and furniture.
 

How long does it take to film/photograph?

It depends on the package and services ordered, and property size, but most photography only  packages take between 30 minutes to one hour,  and aerials and videos can add an additional 30 minutes to 2 hours.

Do you film neighborhood amenities?

Neighborhood amenities can be filmed and included in photography and video packages as an add on service selected during checkout.

How far in advance must I reserve my shoot date?

There's no time limit to when you can book your shoot but we recommend booking as soon as you your home is ready and you are prepared to market your listing. If you require a shoot in less than 24 hours please call. 

What's the turnaround time?

Turnaround time for photos is typically 24 hours and video turnaround is within 48 hours.

What's your cancellation policy?

Cancellations within less than 48 hours of the scheduled shoot will be charged a $50 cancellation fee which can be re-applied to services within a 14 day period.

How are the video and photos delivered?

Video and photos are delivered via our media delivery system which allows you to manage, view, and download all media as well as confirm services and bookings. You'll receive an email as soon as your media assets are ready.
