How do I book a photography or video package?
How is payment processed?
Payments are processed via a payment link on your photo and video delivery download page. We can also accept payment at your shoot upon completion if you prefer.
Do you assist with home staging?
Our team can assist with staging and moving small, lightweight items, but cannot move large or heavy items such as appliances and furniture. We recommend all homes be clean and photo-ready prior to the photographer's arrival as our photographer/videographer is primarily focussed on capturing the best images possible and may have limited time to assist with staging due to scheduling.

*** Due to Covid-19 we currently follow CDC sanitization guidelines and we do not touch or move any items within the home. We ask that all homes are prepped, doors open, lights on, and fans are off before we enter the property.
How long does it take to film/photograph?
It depends on the package and services ordered, and property size, but most photography packages take between 45 minutes to 2 hours and videos can take between 1 to 2 hours.
Do you film neighborhood amenities?
Neighborhood amenities can be filmed and included in photography and video packages upon request.
How far in advance must I reserve my shoot date?
There's no time limit to when you can book your shoot but we recommend booking as soon as you are ready to begin marketing your listing to guarantee availability.
What's the turnaround time?
Turnaround time for photos is typically 24 hours and video turnaround is within 48 to 72 hours.
What's your cancellation policy?
Cancellations within less than 48 hours of the scheduled shoot will be charged a 50% cancellation fee which can be re-applied to services within a 30 day period.
Are discounts available?
We offer discounts for first-time clients, referrals, and customer loyalty. Please ask your customer representative what discounts are available when placing your order.
How are the video and photos delivered?
Video and photos are delivered via our media delivery system and allows you to manage, upload, and download all media. You'll receive an email as soon as your media assets are ready.
